- Support development, revision, and organization of curriculum materials
- Maintain curriculum within digital platforms and coordinate distribution and onboarding
- Provide ongoing support to schools and respond to curriculum requests
- Support accreditation, data organization, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
- Travel to schools to support implementation, training, and curriculum initiatives (approximately 15% of time)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in education or curriculum-related work
- Strong understanding of early childhood best practices
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience with play-based approaches (Reggio Emilia, Montessori) preferred
