Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, positive, and knowledgeable Support Staff (Floater) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children of all ages—from infants to school-age—and is flexible in supporting various classrooms as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in classrooms ranging from Infant through School Age
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment
- Support daily routines, including playtime, meals, and transitions
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
- Step into different classrooms as needed to provide coverage and support
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
