About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's growth.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
Requirements:
- Experience working with children aged 3-5 years in a classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
- Ability to create engaging and educational lesson plans.
- Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
